Our Commitment

As of 4th July 2020, we have reopened and are committed to being Covid-19 compliant with government guidelines. We want you to visit our properties with confidence and have outlined below our enhanced cleaning procedures and the measures we have taken to ensure the safety of all our guests and staff. 

Covid-19 Cleaning Procedures

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all of our properties. Our enhanced cleaning and protocol includes thorough cleaning throughout and sanitizing surfaces and high-touch areas (such as light switches, doorknobs and key safes) with chemical disinfectant.

Contactless Check-in

All of our properties have a key safe for access, allowing guests to check in and out without any person-to-person contact. Please note, each keypad and set of keys is carefully disinfected between use.

24 hours between guests

To ensure our guests peace of mind, we have decided to avoid back-to-back stays.  Our properties remain empty for a total of 24 hours between each guest.

Guest responsibilities

We are asking our guests to remain mindful during their stays and politely ask you follow our simple guidelines below:

To protect the health and safety of our community, guests should not check-in to a property if they are actively infected or have tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 30 days. If you suspect you are sick or have been exposed to COVID-19 (and awaiting test results) or have had close, sustained contact with an individual confirmed or suspected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please do not check-in to the property and cancel your reservation.

We appreciate your co-operation and commitment to helping to keep our guests and staff safe. We will continue to monitor and follow the Government Guidelines and update our procedures accordingly.
