BOOKING TERMS & CONDITions
By booking with AirNorfolk, you agree with the following terms & conditions:
Payment schedule
Your card will be charged 50% of the total price upon booking. The second payment of 50%, will be charged 7 days prior to check-in.
CAncellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made within 2-7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 2 days of check-in will not be refunded.
check-in and check-out policy
Check-in is available from 3pm. Check-out is by 10am. Early check-in and late check-outs are possible, but are subject to availability. We are unable to accept same day requests, so please let us know as soon as possible.
Security deposit
Please note, some of our properties require a security deposit. The funds will be held (as an authorisation) and refunded within 7 days of check-out, once the property has been inspected. All bookings over 3 weeks in duration, will require this.


GUEST responsibilities
For the duration of your booking, you will be responsible for the property and will be expected to take all reasonable care of it. Guests must leave the property, equipment and utensils in a clean and tidy condition upon departure, with the exception of linen to be laundered. If the property is not left as stated above, you may be charged additional cleaning costs.
Guests are responsible for paying AirNorfolk for any losses or damages to the property and its contents (reasonable wear and tear excluded) and inform AirNorfolk immediately.
Property usage
We provide accommodation for private residential use only.

keys
Lost keys will be charged at cost plus an administration fee.
No smoking policy
AirNorfolk properties are strictly no smoking. If this policy is ignored, AirNorfolk could fine you up to £250 to cover the cost of a professional steam cleaning company.
occupancy
The number of guests in the property may not exceed the number agreed and declared at the time of booking, without our prior written agreement. We reserve the right to refuse admittance or terminate a booking if this condition is not observed. No refunds will be given if admittance has been refused for this reason.
guest behaviour
We have a zero tolerance policy towards behaviour that is abusive, threatening or violent towards staff or other guests. If anyone that visits the property during your reservation behaves in this manner, we will terminate your right to occupy the accommodation.
termination of stay
We reserve the right to terminate your use and occupation of the property in the event of;
- Non-payment of monies due
- Any illegal or immoral activity
- Unauthorized parties or gatherings where the number of visitors to the property exceeds the agreed occupancy
- Unreasonable noise or behaviour (which AirNorfolk management reserve the right to determine)
- Operation of any form of commercial activity from the property
